HUBO BELGIE (annual turnover of 176 million EUR with 90 points of sale) is to acquire the entire stakes of its fellow Belgian SUPERBOIS and SUPER DO-IT for an undisclosed sum. This will make the group Belgian's number two behind BRICO. In 2003, the SUPERBOIS and SUPER DO-IT together stores achieved a turnover close to 70 million EUR.
