20/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - Negotiations between Greek and Turkish Cypriots over the reunification of Cyprus opened in Nicosia on Thursday, under the aegis of Kofi Annan's Special Representative for Cyprus, Alvaro de Soto. Also in Cyprus but not taking part in the meeting, European Enlargement Commissioner Günter Verheugen told local reporters, according to the ANA press agency, that the European Commission had sent experts to help Mr de Soto and his team with legal and technical expertise...
