Seminar with Michel Barnier

Brussels, 20/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - José Ignacio Salafranco, European Partido Popular member, is organising for 25 February at the European Parliament a seminar on the future of cohesion policy. Mr Salafranca is to open the work. He will be followed by British Conservative James Elles. Commissioner Michel Barnier, EU Council President Eamon O'Cuiv, and Portuguese Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs Carlos Costa Neves will speak of the challenges of cohesion in an enlarged EU.
