Brussels, 03/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Council of the EU ratified the agreement on the "single European sky" legislative package by written procedure on Monday. The Council and Parliament reached an agreement on 9 December as part of a conciliation procedure, on what was judged to be "balanced" by both parties.
