03/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has amended the regulation establishing restrictive measures to be taken against persons and entities linked to the Al-Qaida network, for the 29th time. The Al-Haramain Foundations and its establishments in Indonesia, Tanzania, Pakistan and Kenya have been added to the list, with certain precisions. The regulation appeared in Official Journal L 28 on 31 January 2004.
