Brussels, 03/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - The go-ahead for trade negotiations for concluding an Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) between the European Union and South West Africa will be given on 7 February in Mauritius (Pacific). Jean-Robert Goulngana, Secretary General of the ACP group (Africa/Caribbean/Pacific), announced this to the press.
