Hans-Werner Müller warns Commission against going to Court of Justice against Germany

Brussels, 13/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Secretary General of the European Craft and SME Employers' Association (UEPME) Hans-Werner Müller has advised the Commission to "not start legal proceedings against the Council for the breach of the Stability Pact rules".
