German group DIEHL and US company RAYTHEON have set up a joint company in the missile sector. The new company is called DIEHL RATHEON MISSILE COMPANY and stock will be jointly owned by the two partners and based in Germany. DIEHL grossed EUR 700 million in 2002 150 million of which came from the arms sector.
