13/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - During the opening of the plenary session of the European Parliament on Monday in Strasbourg, President Cox said he had received a letter dated 11 December 2003 from the French Foreign Minister. The letter had a dossier annexed to it relating to the decline in the mandate of Michel Raymond, the elected representative of the French hunters' party. The dossier has been referred to the legal committee.
