13/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR) is postponing its forum on cohesion policy, to have been held on 29 January. It should be organised early February at a date still to be set. The CEMR is seeking to hold its forum at the same time as the publication of the third report on cohesion, initially planned for 29 January but deferred one week. It is in the report that the Commission must put forward its proposals for post 2006.
