Brussels, 08/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the European Parliament adopted a resolution by the EPP-ED, Socialist and Liberal groups on the weekend's European Council in which it regretted that the EU at a critical point in its development, coming out of lengthy economic stagnation and with high unemployment, is unable to express and act according to a common strategy.
