Brussels, 08/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - Speaking during the Transport Council on Friday on the first (and last) meeting of the conciliation committee concerning European Single Sky, which opened last Tuesday in Brussels, Loyola de Palacio, Transport Commissioner, placed all her hopes in the Italian Presidency and the Parliament's flexibility to reach an agreement on this issue.
