Extraordinary EPP summit on 4 December in Paris

Brussels, 21/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - An extraordinary summit of the European People's Party has been convened in Paris for 4 December at a proposal by EPP President Wilfried Martens and French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin. The ANSA Agency, which points out that Silvio Berlusconi will attend, specifies that, in their letter of invitation, Messrs Martens and Raffarin stress this will be an opportunity for "taking stock of the first results" of the IGC.
