21/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Walter Schwimmer, was in Warsaw on 20 and 21 November where he took part in the summit of Heads of State and Government of the states involved in the Centre-European initiative. He also met President Kwasniewski and several other personalities, mainly in order to evoke the organisation of the 3rd Summit of the Council of Europe to be held in Poland in 2005.
