Strasbourg, 21/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - After its debate with a view to the Euromed Conference in Naples, on 3 and 4 December (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.12), the European Parliament adopted a resolution by the EPP-ED, PES, ELDR, Greens/EFA and UEN Groups in which it mainly insists on the political, cultural and human dimension of the Barcelona process.
