Luxembourg, 10/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - After having elected Vassilios Skouris as President of the European Court of Justice, the Court chose two presidents for each of the two Chambers ruling with five judges: Austrian national Peter Jann, who becomes president of the First Chamber, and Dutch national Christiaan Timmermans, president of the Second Chamber.
