10/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission this spring and summer concluded agreements with 13 candidate and acceding countries, on their involvement in the "Fiscalis 2003-2007" programme. This programme aims to contribute to fighting tax fraud, via the exchange of information between administrations, training seminars, and job-exchanges between civil servants.
