Brussels, 10/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 13 October in Luxembourg, the 25 Foreign Ministers will begin their day's work with the General Affairs part of the Council, focusing on the preparation of the European Council to be held on 16 and 17 October in Brussels. At the end of the morning and during lunch, they will discuss the international situation. From 17h00, they will resume their work in the context of the Intergovernmental Conference.
