European Parliament could by HQ in Strasbourg for EUR 445.6 million - Noelle Lenoir Welcomes victory of "European Strasbourg clause"

Strasbourg, 24/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - the bureau of the European Parliament is strongly expected to decide on Wednesday evening whether the pa becomes owner of its Strasbourg centre for a sum that is close to EUR 445.6 million.
