24/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - During a public debate held in Brussels on Monday, the Council adopted a codified version of the directive on certain aspects on flexible working-time management. This codified version aims to bring together the principles of directive 93/104/EC in a single legal text. For the latest developments, see EUROPE of 10 September, p.11 and of 17 September, p.16).
