No rapprochement between Germany and Poland on weighing votes at Council in context of future Union constitution

Gelsenkirchen, 23/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - The meeting between German Chancellor Gerhard Schröder and the Polish Prime Minister, Leszek Miller in Gelsenkirchen in the "Rührpott" (industrial region where Poles went in search of work in the 19th century) did not see any agreement between the two countries on certain aspects of the draft constitution.
