Brussels, 23/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - A few days away form the vote at Parliament on the draft Union constitution, a collective of eight environmental NGOs have alerted MEPs on the fact that the draft does not meet the Union' sustainable development objective. Under the banner of "Green 8", these NGOs have twenty million members who are calling on Parliament to propose substantial modifications to the draft constitution.
