Brussels, 23/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - In the own initiative report of Henri Malosse (Employers group, France) on the 2003 IGC, which should be adopted on Thursday (see EUROPE 23 September p 17), the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) is asking for the main checks and balances and principles obtained by consensus to be left alone in the constitutional draft treaty.
