Brussels, 12/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Economic and Social Committee wants a genuine relaunch of negotiations to conclude the WTO Round next year. It wants a positive signal for the global economy and investor confidence, and for growth and employment, which have been greatly effected by the deteriorating economic climate.
