12/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - On 11 September, the Council of Ministers of the European Union used the written procedure to strengthen anti-dumping duties on products from Asia. The import of paracresol from China will be subject to a definitive anti-dumping duty and the current duty on zinc oxide from China has been extended to imports of Chinese zinc oxide-silicon mixes and zinc oxide imports from Vietnam.
