12/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - In an interview in the Kainuu Sanomat newspaper, former Finnish Prime Minister, Paavo Lippoenen (62) confirmed that he was interested by "the central functions at the European Union" and mentions those of the Presidents of the European Commission, European Council and that of the European Minister of Foreign Affairs.
