European Parliament energy committee refuses any Community management of oil and gas supplies

Brussels, 12/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament energy committee has opposed the Commission's proposals on management of oil and gas supplies by Member States. Without rejecting all of the proposals, as requested by some MEPs, the committee amended them substantially.
