Berlusconi/Raffarin meeting - Chancellor Schröder insists on "growth"

Rome / Berlin, 29/08/2003 (Agence Europe) - President of the European Council Silvio Berlusconi has said that he will be host to French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin on 5 September. On this occasion, discussions should turn to the implementation of the Stability and Growth Pact (for Mr Raffarin's visit to the European Commission, see EUROPE of 28 August, p.4).
