29/08/2003 (Agence Europe) - Juan Manuel Ferrandez of Partido Aragones, is to replace MEP Carlos Bautista of Partido Andalucista, who left the European Parliament in July. Mr Ferrandez announced that he would, in particular, "fight the Spanish Hydrological Plan" (which would cause "serious damage", especially in the Aragon region), and the depopulation of rural areas.
