Brussels, 29/08/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Europe Academy of the CESI (European Confederation of Independent Trade Unions) is organising, on 15 October in Brussels, with the financial support of the European Commission, a seminar on the theme "the trade unions' rights of participation within the framework of the European Constitution".
