29/08/2003 (Agence Europe) - Like Chancellor Schröder, German Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer intends to run for the Bundestag elections in 2006, the German press reports. This would mean Mr Fischer is not a candidate for the post of EU Foreign Minister, the creation of which is one of the main innovations of the future European Constitution.
