Mr Schwimmer worried about lack of pluralism in Armenia

Brussels, 24/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Walter Schwimmer, has declared that he was, "disappointed and concerned" following the decision of the national Armenian radio and television Commission for not having authorised the emission of A1+ and Noyan Tapan, two independent companies.
