24/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Council ahs decided to convene the conciliation committee over the draft directive on liberalising port services. The conciliation procedure will be start on 9 September, with the first meeting of the committee being held on 30 September (see EUROPE of 4 July, p.10).
