Investigation into ABX Logistics

Brussels, 24/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - Aid granted to the ABX Logistics group, which is part of Belgian State Railways (SNCB) is being investigated. The European Commission has decided to launch formal proceedings to establish whether the restructuring measures constitute a breach of Community rules.
