Brussels, 24/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - The first group of observers arrived on Tuesday in Kigali to follow the operations linked to the Presidential and general elections on 25 and 29 September. The European Union observation mission will be led by Luxembourg Liberal, Colette Flesch, who arrives in Rwanda on 29 July.
