Joining the euro would save Swedish families EUR 3250 a year

Brussels, 24/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - Unveiling a report on 23 July commissioned by “Social Democrats for the Euro”, Swedish consumer minister Ann-Christin Nykvist said that the average Swedish family (two adults and two children) would save around EUR 3,250 if Sweden joined the euro in 2006.
