Brussels, 23/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has taken action at the Court of Justice against Austria and Belgium, and has sent reasoned opinions to Belgium, the Netherlands and Spain for creating obstacles to the free movement of goods within the Internal Market.
