23/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday the Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs, in response to conclusions adopted by the Fifteen in Brussels, stated that his country would not agree to any preliminary conditions or threats from the European Union. Iranian national radio quoted Hamid Reza Assefi, who declared, "Iran does not accept conditions imposed by the other side a threatening language, in its negotiations".
