Brussels, 23/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has reached a number of decision concerning State Aid: - to keep open the case on VUP/Lagardère (publishing); - green light for acquisition of "vitamins" division and "fine chemicals" in Swiss group Roche by Dutch company DSM; - opening of investigation into aid to ABX Logistics (Belgium); - opening of investigation into restructuring plan of British Energy (United Kingdom); - - investigation into aide for car manufacturer De Tomaso in Calabria (Italy); - authorisation of aid for car manufacturer VW Mechatronic in Stollberg (Germany); - green light for aide to Graphischer Maschinenbau GmbH (Germany); - green light for aide to Otto Versand, for extending its correspondence sales outlet (Germany); - green light for aid to Shotton paper merchants (united Kingdom); - go ahead for capital injection for the Belgian La Poste post office; - authorisation, subject to conditions, of aid to aeronautics company, Gamesa (Spain).
