APROVIA, formerly the business press business of France's VIVENDI UNIVERSAL bought up by investment funds headed by CINVEN, has sold its UK business APROVIA UK (including BARBOUR INDEX and BUILDER GROUP) to the UK's UNITED BUSINESS MEDIA for EUR 111 million.
