British company P&O, Denmark's MAERSK, CHINA OCEAN SHIPPING GROUP and QINGDAO PORT COMPANY have launched a joint-venture in China, active in the container port of the city of Qingdao (in the province of Shandong in China). The partners will invest $1.34 bn over the next six years.
