Frattini gives MEPS more detail on priorities of Italian Presidency for the second half of 2003

Brussels, 08/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Italian Foreign Affairs Minister, who has held the Council Presidency since 1 July, Franco Frattini, took the floor successively in Brussels on Monday before the European Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee and its Legal Committee.
