Commission tells GE and Instrumentarium of the problems identified

Brussels, 08/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission confirmed that a letter of objection had been sent to the companies General Electric (GE) and Instrumentarium whose project of partnership is currently the subject of an indepth investigation. "We are continuing discussion on objections in order to find a solution to the problems identified", spokesperson Amelia Torres said, without mentioning what problems.
