08/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - On 10 July in Brussels, the Italian Permanent Representative to the European Union, Umberto Vattani, the Director General for competition at the European Commission, Philip Lowe and Ambassador Asaki, Japan's representative to the European Union, signed an agreement on cooperation on anti-competitive activities.
