Palermo (Sicily), 08/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - Euro-Mediterranean Trade Ministers (from the Fifteen and the ten newest partnership countries from Member States attending as observers) meeting on 7 July in Palermo confirmed their commitment to create in the long term - around 2010, their objective, initially arranged at Barcelona, to set up a free trade zone.
