26/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - On the fringes of the plenary session in Strasbourg on Tuesday 1 July, the GUE/NGL is organising a hearing on Europe and the United States' new strategic doctrine, with Pascal Boniface, Director of the Institut des Relations internationales et Stratégiques, and Philip Golub, lecturer at the Institut d'Etudes européennes - Paris VIII.
