26/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - CDU MEP Karl von Wogau wants a public debate on the security and defence strategy sketched out by EU High Representative for CFSP Javier Solana (see EUROPE/Documents No. 2320 of 26 June 2003). In a press release he said Javier Solana's document is a step in the right direction, noting that it is legitimate strategically to accept the use of force as the last resort.
