Brussels, 18/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - At his press conference ahead of the European Council of Thessaloniki, "an extremely important Summit for our future", Romano Prodi said on Wednesday that he hoped the Heads of State and Government would pronounce the European Convention's draft Constitution "the" basis for the IGC's work.
