Costas Simitis' letter of invitation to Heads of State and Government focuses on immigration and asylum dossier

Brussels, 18/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - President of the European Council, Costas Simitis, has sent out the customary letter of invitation to the Heads of State and Government of the Member States, describing the course of events at the European Council, to begin on Thursday evening at 7pm in Thessaloniki, with the President of the European Parliament, Pat Cox.
