Green light to acquisition of Remi Claeys Aluminium by Sapa

Brussels, 18/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted approval to the Swedish group Sapa's acquisition of Belgium aluminium producer Remi Claeys Aluminium. Controlled by Elkem ASA, a world-leading supplier of metals and materials, Sapa in an industrial group mainly active in the aluminium sector.
